TERMS & CONDITIONS — CLEANING CUTIES LLC
Welcome to Cleaning Cuties — your trusted partner in professional residential and commercial cleaning. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms designed to protect your service, satisfaction, and safety.
1. OUR PROMISE
Cleaning Cuties provides dependable, vetted cleaning Pros who treat your home or business with care and professionalism. Our mission is to deliver fast, high-quality service — every time. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
We provide flat-rate cleaning services for:

Standard residential cleaning

Deep cleaning
-
Move-in/move-out cleans
-
Airbnb turnovers
-
Office & commercial cleaning
-
Post-construction cleaning
Add-on services (available upon request): interior fridge, oven, inside cabinets, wall cleaning, window detailing, laundry, closet organizing, and more. Pricing may vary by room, item, or volume.
Restricted Items: For safety, we do not clean vinyl blinds or high-risk fixtures.
Client Responsibilities: Please clear personal items and provide clean linens/towels where needed. A safe, accessible, and prepared space ensures a smooth experience.
3. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Booking: All services are booked through our secure website. A valid card on file is required.
Flat Rates Only: We no longer operate hourly. Service pricing is based on home size and cleaning type.
Payment: Full payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. No cash is accepted. Move-in/out cleans require advance prepayment.
Failed Payments: A failed charge may result in service cancellation. Outstanding balances must be paid before future bookings.
Estimates: In-person estimates are assessment-only. A $50 fee applies if no service is booked (waived if scheduled).
4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

24+ hours notice: No fee.

Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation/inconvenience fee applies.

No-show or no access: 100% fee may apply due to the impact on our Pros.

Rescheduling: Must be requested 24+ hours in advance to avoid penalties.
5. LATE PAYMENT CLAUSE

Late payments disrupt service & scheduling.

Payments not received by 11:59 PM the day after service incur a $50 late fee.

Card on file will be charged if payment is not manually completed.
6. ACCESS & SITE READINESS
Clients must ensure:

Working electricity and water
-
Safe, unlocked access
-
No extreme clutter or hazardous conditions
Site not ready? The following may apply:

No access: $100 trip fee
-
No utilities: $75 fee
7. SERVICE GUARANTEE
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll schedule a re-clean of the missed area(s) at no extra charge.
8. LIABILITY & INCIDENTS

Report any damage within 24 hours using our online form.

Provide receipts/photos to help us process claims.

Our liability is limited to the item’s documented replacement cost.

Securing Valuables: We strongly recommend that all valuables, heirlooms, and personal items of high value (monetary or sentimental) be safely stored or removed from cleaning areas. Cleaning Cuties is not liable for any lost, missing, or misplaced items.
9. PRIVACY & COMMUNICATION

Your data is protected through secure third-party processors.

We do not store credit card information.

By booking, you agree to receive email communications about your services. You may opt out anytime.

10. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We may refuse or discontinue service due to safety risks, disrespectful conduct, unsanitary conditions, or repeated policy violations. Pros who fail to show up after accepting jobs may be suspended from the platform.

11. AFFILIATES & PARTNERS

Our platform operates using third-party tools and integrations provided by Wix and its authorized affiliates. These tools help process payments, manage bookings, and ensure secure communication. Use of such services does not affect your pricing.

12. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDERS

To make booking simple and flexible, Cleaning Cuties LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) partners with trusted third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, Wix Point of Sale, and Tap to Pay on Mobile.

When you choose one of these payment options, you agree to the separate terms and conditions, privacy policies, and dispute procedures of that provider. These terms apply in addition to ours and govern your specific payment transaction.

We do not control, store, or manage your payment credentials entered through any third-party processor and are not responsible for delays, errors, chargebacks, or declined payments handled by those processors.

By completing a purchase using any of these services, you authorize the third-party provider to process your transaction and acknowledge that any disputes, installment agreements, or payment-collection issues are handled under that provider’s policies.

All confirmed bookings remain subject to Cleaning Cuties’ Service Terms, Refund Policy, and Booking Agreement.

13. Multi-State Compliance Clause
Cleaning Cuties LLC operates in multiple states and engages independent contractors in accordance with the laws of each applicable jurisdiction. This Agreement is subject to modifications or addenda specific to your work location to comply with state and local requirements. Any discrepancies shall be interpreted to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in the state where the services are performed. -
14. Pets & Excessive Hair (PEP) Policy — Last updated: September 9, 2025

Purpose. Excessive hair accumulation (pet or human) can require additional time, equipment, and disposal steps beyond standard service.

Assessment & Fee. If, upon arrival, the Pro determines there is excessive hair requiring extra time, a $50 Excessive Hair Fee may be added to the visit. This fee does not apply to normal shedding.

Notice & Consent. The fee is only applied if applicable after assessment; where possible, we will notify you before adding it. By booking, you authorize Cleaning Cuties LLC to assess and apply this fee when conditions warrant.

Scope Limits. Extreme buildup or matting may require a deep-clean upgrade and/or extra time at the then-current rate. If the condition exceeds the booked scope, we may re-quote, split the service into multiple sessions, or reschedule.

Disclosure. Please tell us in advance if there are multiple shedding pets, recent grooming, or unusual hair accumulation so we can staff and equip appropriately.

15. Tile, Grout & Specialty Surfaces Policy — Last updated: September 9, 2025

What’s included. Standard services include routine wipe/mop of tile/hard floors.

What may be extra. Grout line scrubbing, heavy soil removal, hard water/mineral buildup, or stubborn residue generally require additional time and may incur an add-on fee (quoted on site or in advance, when identifiable).

Specialty surfaces. Natural stone (e.g., marble, travertine, limestone, slate), unsealed grout, high-gloss/unique finishes, and specialty coatings may require non-acidic, product-specific care and extended dwell/agitation times. Certain chemical types (including acids/abrasives) will not be used on sensitive surfaces.

Client responsibilities. Please disclose specialty flooring/countertops and any manufacturer care instructions. Cleaning Cuties LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, etching, grout haze, loose tiles, failing sealers, or discoloration revealed during proper cleaning.

Limitations. Permanent staining, etching, and substrate or installation defects are outside the scope of standard cleaning. Restoration or sealing services are not included unless expressly quoted.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the latest version.
