TERMS & CONDITIONS — CLEANING CUTIES LLC

Effective Date: 2/2/2026

By booking, purchasing, or using services through Cleaning Cuties LLC (“Cleaning Cuties,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Cleaning Cuties LLC operates as a booking and management platform that connects clients with independent cleaning professionals (“Pros”).

Pros are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Cleaning Cuties LLC. Pros control the manner and means by which services are performed.

Cleaning Cuties facilitates scheduling, payment processing, and customer support.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Flat-rate services may include:

• Standard residential cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in / move-out cleaning
• Airbnb / short-term rental turnover
• Office & commercial cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Add-on services (as selected at booking)

Pricing is based on property type, size, condition, and selected add-ons.

Restricted / Excluded Items

We do not clean:
• Vinyl blinds
• High-risk fixtures
• Biohazard materials
• Pest infestations
• Mold remediation
• Areas requiring licensed trade work

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must:

• Provide safe and lawful access to the property
• Ensure electricity and running water are operational
• Secure pets or disclose animal presence
• Remove fragile, high-value, or sentimental items
• Disclose specialty surfaces and known hazards

Failure to meet site-readiness standards may result in additional fees or service refusal.

4. BOOKING & PAYMENT

All bookings are made through our website or approved platform.

A valid payment method is required.

Pricing Structure

All services are flat-rate. We do not offer hourly pricing.

Payment Terms

Full payment may be collected at booking or immediately after service, depending on service type.

Move-in / move-out services may require advance payment.

We do not accept cash.

Failed or Declined Payments

If payment fails, service may be canceled or future bookings restricted until balance is resolved.

5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• 24+ hours notice: No fee
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of service total
• Same-day cancellation or no access: Up to 100% of service total

Failure to provide access at the scheduled time is treated as a no-show.

6. ACCESS, UTILITIES & SITE CONDITIONS

If service cannot be completed due to:

• Lockout or incorrect entry information
• No electricity or running water
• Unsafe, hazardous, or unlawful conditions

The appointment may be forfeited and fees may apply.

Trip fees may apply when a Pro arrives and service cannot proceed.

7. PACKAGES, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

• All packages are non-refundable
• Sessions must be used before expiration
• Unused sessions are forfeited after expiration
• Packages are non-transferable
• One active package per client unless otherwise specified

Canceling a package does not create refund eligibility.

8. SERVICE GUARANTEE

If you believe a service area was missed, notify us within 24 hours.

We may arrange a return visit to address the specific area identified.

The guarantee does not apply to:

• Pre-existing damage
• Permanent staining
• Conditions outside booked scope
• Services not included in the original booking

9. LIABILITY

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.

Supporting documentation (photos, receipts) may be required.

Our liability is limited to the documented replacement cost of the affected item.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Wear and tear
• Manufacturer defects
• Unsecured valuables
• Items not disclosed as fragile

Clients are responsible for securing valuables.

10. PETS & EXCESSIVE HAIR POLICY

Excessive accumulation of pet or human hair beyond normal shedding may require additional time.

If conditions materially exceed standard service scope, an Excessive Hair Fee may be applied.

Extreme buildup may require a service upgrade, additional time, or rescheduling.

Advance disclosure of shedding pets is required.

11. TILE, GROUT & SPECIALTY SURFACES

Standard cleaning includes routine wiping and mopping.

Deep grout scrubbing, heavy buildup, mineral deposits, or restoration-level work may require add-on fees.

Clients must disclose specialty materials (marble, travertine, unsealed grout, high-gloss finishes, etc.).

We are not responsible for:

• Etching
• Grout haze
• Sealant failure
• Pre-existing surface damage
• Installation defects

Restoration services are not included unless quoted separately.

12. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDERS

We may partner with third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, and Wix payment systems.

Use of these services is governed by the separate terms of the respective provider.

Cleaning Cuties does not control or manage third-party installment agreements or dispute processes.

Payment disputes involving third-party providers must be resolved directly with that provider.

All confirmed bookings remain subject to Cleaning Cuties’ Terms.

13. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

• Unsafe conditions
• Harassment or inappropriate conduct
• Repeated policy violations
• Fraudulent chargebacks

14. MULTI-STATE COMPLIANCE

Cleaning Cuties LLC operates in multiple states and engages independent contractors in accordance with applicable local laws.

If any portion of this Agreement conflicts with state law, the applicable state law will govern.

15. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
