Service Description

Our Post-Construction Cleaning service is designed to handle the detailed cleanup required after renovations, remodels, or new construction. This premium service includes: Removal of fine dust from all surfaces Floor mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming (multiple passes as needed) Wiping baseboards, windowsills, doors, and fixtures Spot cleaning paint, grout, or adhesive residue (non-toxic only) Bathroom and kitchen sanitization Debris bagging (client must provide disposal bins) Flat-rate pricing is based on square footage and layout. Due to the nature of construction cleanup, additional time and tools are required, and jobs are often completed in teams. 🛑 This is not a hauling or hazardous material removal service. 📦 Home must be accessible, with water and power active. 🧼 Add-on services (window detail, wall washing, etc.) available upon request.
