Job Description: Remote Appointment Setter

Overview:
Cleaning Cuties LLC is seeking professional, reliable, and self-motivated Appointment Setters (Customer Service Representatives) to join our commission-based contractor network. As an Independent Contractor, you will assist potential clients with booking cleaning services using our approved scripts, tools, and lead submission process.

This is a fully remote, flexible-schedule opportunity designed for individuals who communicate well, follow instructions, and can operate independently. Earnings are based on completed bookings generated from your submitted leads.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with potential clients by phone, text, or email using our approved scripts

• Introduce Cleaning Cuties’ services, pricing, and promotions

• Assist clients in scheduling their cleaning appointments

• Submit all leads using the official Lead Form

• Follow up with interested clients to increase conversions

• Maintain professionalism in all communication

• Use the CSR Center tools to support your workflow

• Coordinate with the team through the Company Portal when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Clear, professional communication skills

• Strong customer service or appointment-setting ability

• Confidence speaking with clients

• Ability to work independently and self-manage

• Reliable smartphone and/or computer

• Stable internet connection

• Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and standards

• Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented attitude

(Experience is preferred but not required.)
