Job Description: Professional Cleaning Contractor

Overview:
Cleaning Cuties LLC is expanding its network of Cleaning Professionals across NV, TX, and AZ. We are seeking skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Independent Contractors who take pride in delivering top-tier residential and commercial cleaning services. You choose your availability, preferred locations, and types of cleans.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete client assignments including Standard, Deep Clean, Move-In/Move-Out, Office, Airbnb, or Post-Construction services.

• Follow job checklists, protocols, and customer preferences.

• Arrive prepared and on time to each job with your own supplies and reliable transportation.

• Communicate professionally with clients and/or admin staff as needed.

• Report completed assignments and receive payouts according to our terms.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or specialty).

• Detail-oriented and consistent with quality and time management.

• Business license or willingness to obtain one.

• Own cleaning supplies and basic equipment.

• Smartphone and internet access.

• General Liability Insurance (preferred or required depending on region).

Compensation:

• Flat-rate pay per completed job (ranges from $65 to $300+ per assignment depending on the service).

• You keep 100% of your tips.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role. You are not an employee of Cleaning Cuties LLC.
