REMOTE APPOINTMENT SETTER / LEAD GENERATOR

About the Opportunity
Cleaning Cuties LLC is seeking motivated, results-driven Remote Appointment Setters to join our commission-based contractor network.
In this role, you will connect with potential clients, introduce Cleaning Cuties services, and guide interested customers through the booking process. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified bookings that convert into completed cleaning jobs.
This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity where earnings are directly tied to performance and results.
 
What You’ll Do
As a Remote Appointment Setter / Lead Generator, you may:
• Reach out to potential clients using phone, email, and approved outreach methods
• Introduce Cleaning Cuties services, offerings, and availability
• Communicate professionally and answer basic service questions
• Guide interested clients through the online booking process
• Submit and track qualified leads using the designated system tools
• Follow up with prospects to improve booking conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity
• Use approved scripts, procedures, and workflows provided in the CSR system
 
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently and focused on results.
Preferred qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow scripts and structured processes
• Comfortable speaking with new people and presenting services
• Reliable smartphone or computer with internet access
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision
Prior experience in customer service, sales, appointment setting, or lead generation is preferred but not required.
 
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a clear and professional speaking ability
• Must be comfortable following scripts and structured outreach systems
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have a working smartphone or computer
• Must maintain professional communication at all times
• Must understand this is not an hourly position
• Must be willing to submit all leads through the approved system only

Performance bonuses and referral incentives may be available for high-performing contractors.
 
Independent Contractor Notice
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity. No hourly wages, salary, or employee benefits are provided.
Contractors operate independently and are responsible for their own methods of outreach, while following provided scripts and system guidelines.
Top-performing contractors may earn several hundred dollars per week depending on consistency, activity, and conversion performance.
